MUX fron panel got no IP and no Serial NO

Open MUX in browser
go to -> device info tap on the MUX
then  -> control port setting
         -> control port main

then fill the control port address and control port subnetmask

press -> Apply control port main setting to hardware

next have to go -> Engineering tab
go to -> unit reset
press -> confirm Reset Unit

then re-brows the MUX you got resolved that issue.
